Market Surveys

SciTech Systems has since the early 1990's conducted surveys in several Arab countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan related to the import and export of goods in order to determine the import trends and tabulate the major commodities import volumes and sources. One of the main objectives of such market surveys is the collection and classification of imports data by top ranking exporters, commodities and countries of origin in order to be able to determine the necessary operations needed to implement effective and efficient conformity assessment programs.  

LABORATORIES

SciTech Systems conducts market assessment and pre-feasibility studies for laboratory testing facilities. This also includes the reviewing of regulations pertaining to quality certification and testing requirements. 

In Saudi Arabia for example, SciTech established at the early stages of the program in 1997, the testing laboratory needs in the countries of origin to issue certificates of conformity to Saudi Standards for electrical, chemical, metallurgical, automotive, building material and food products.
